ACT! creates engaging and active activities for developing a healthy environment for employees. Thus making it easier to make them participate in changes and conflicts in the organization.
We use theatre methods to commit and acitivate employees. Learning happens as you act. Acting out a play together with colleagues or watching a play with recognizable characters and situations from your worklife makes a change for the working-environment.
Based on the input, the actors change the play, allowing the participants to see how their solutions might work in real life. The participants share their own stories and problems, and consultants from ACT! help them illustrate these problems on stage.
